So, we have one show at the 1616 Club, then it’s off to House of Blues main stage in July!! We are doing “Comic Book Vixens” and this show is going to be insanely amazing! Make sure you don’t miss that one.

The Captain is my inspiration

My contemporary jazz dance teacher taught us a combo to this song. I loved dancing to it so much. The song has been an obsession. It is by this amazing little band from Sweden called The Knife. Most people know the other amazing song, “Heartbeats.” This is an interesting video directed by Oleksandr Pshenychnyy. Enjoy.

The immaculate McQueen-Inspiration for the week

I have to do some costume making this week, and what is better than being inspired by the one and only McQueen. Alexander McQueen will have some fashion designs in a special exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Here are some of his exquisite pieces.
